I can't. No. That is why I'm trying to collect the bad bulbs and get them sent to a lab with the right equipment and a person with the skill set needed to properly test them.
So will the lab check for UVC? Sorry, for the incorrect wording in my OP.

I hope so. I don't have a lab lined up. Zeno was offering to do it, but after his last post, I don't know if he has the right stuff to do it. I'm open to suggestions.

Maybe try a lab to does UL ratings. They test and materialize all sorts of half life's, UV exposure decay of products etc... That may be a good start.

Fine. This one has weatherizing effects testing I believe. But they've got a lounge…that counts for something, right?
