No webbing on her feether feet.
My vet said it a tort. I have to make an appointment. to find out what kind. She's very sick. He doesn't think she'll make it. I do though. She needs to be cared for in the right way. She'll be as happy and healthy as my Russian tort. I'm going to give her my all anyway.

Please post some better pictures (from the side, from front and plastron, with better lighting and without the artsy color change.). That way the very experienced people here can tell you for certain what it is.

Vets don't generally know much about tortoises - as is evidenced with the "kitten milk". You will get better advice here.

I'm having a hard time soaking her cause she can't hold her head up for more than a few seconds. She still won't eat either.

If you slant the pan you are soaking her in so that the end where her head is, is higher and she can't get water in her nose? Its easier that way. Or you can use your hand and hold her head up just enough to not get water into her her nares (nose)..

Soak her in comfortably WARM half-water, half-carrot baby food for at least a half hour or 45 mins. Watch closely and keep the water/carrot mixture warm. See Posts #2 and #15 in this thread.

Are you keeping her in a closed chamber that is at least 84Fdegrees (90F would be better) with about that same amount of humidity, 24/7 ?

I'll try that and yes her temp and humidity is being monitored. Thank you for responding

The back foot is most assuredly that of a turtle and NOT a tortoise if that is what you wanted to know. Additionally, tortoises have scales on the top of the head rather than smooth skin which this turtle has.
Thank you. I kept comparing it to my tort and kinda thought the same thing. I wasn't sure enough to put her in a lot of water.
