What crazy weather you have Chef! Jacky is still in the pet carrier and doing okay. She has been following Zola and Dickie's example and doing 'housework'! Anyway how are you feeling these days? I hope you're feeling a bit better.

Dear Natrah,

Chef here….
In New Jersey everything has gone haywire!
Three days of sunny 70-80 degree weather!!
Then this morning it was a balmy 65 at 6AM
AND BY 11AM IT WAS 33 degrees!!!!! it SNOWED AT 12pm for about 5 HOURS but didn’t leave anything to shovel
(Thank God!) and at 10:45pm (now) it is about
33 degrees still but feels like it’s in the 20’s with the wind!!!!
We all think we are going nutz over here!!!
Send help!!!

I’ve said it once before and now I’ll say it one more time…..
Mother Nature is going through her menopause again…..

Oh well…. I hope all is well with you all and you are safe and WARM!!!!!

Definately agree your weather is nuts. The temperature contrasts within a day are crazy. I don’t know how the wildlife adapt to that plus throw in a few tornadoes, how do you all cope?

Just got up this morning & Lucy budgie was dead in the bottom of the cage She was the older one but I don’t know how old. Now it’s only Peter budgie with a brand new big cage to go in.
I don’t want to continue having budgies, as much as I like them, because George is a big threat & he doesn’t like the noise. He was upstairs last night so whatever happened to her wasn’t anything to do with him. She had started falling down a few times recently so I did think it was an omen.
I might see if I can find an older companion for Peter budgie but don’t want a young bird otherwise the same will keep happening.

Oh I'm so sorry Sue. It was probably old age as we had a budgie with the same issue.

Good evening everyone!

As you can see Jacky and I have been very busy with her shenanigans! It's been quite a nice day here and I noticed even more daffodils on the cliffs when I was having lunch at the Cliffs Pavilion. Anyway Angie how are your headaches and did you see the sea with Zola? Sue are you okay as I know you must be missing Pete? Edward how are you?

@Chefdenoel10 are you're feeling a bit better. I was talking to the new neighbour today and it seems that they were receiving bills for the previous neighbour. They are owed the electricity company £7000 and they owed council tax of £10000! These people have probably never paid for anything in their lives. I hope that your neighbour disappears soon!

I think of all the wildlife and all of the
“Throw aways” ( left outside to find a home)
All of the time! It keeps me up at night..
I can barely keep myself healthy soo
I don’t know how they are doing it.
Just pray …. That’s all I can do.
But if I SEE one out there I’m gonna drag its bum in here! At least for the night till it’s warmer in morning …

I am soooo sorry for your loss.
I lost a budgie myself once.
His name was Indigo.
God how I loved that bird!
I am sending you good vibes and a wee prayer for your birdie to fly free with Indigo up there over the rainbow .
I also asked them to keep from sending us
“Presents” on our heads.

My neighbor shows no signs of moving what so ever…
She’s had an eviction notice posted on her door and still nothing.
A court date is coming…
When is anyone’s guess.
But they say that the police will come around to move her out effective immediately.
Buuuut….. WHEN WILL THAT BEEEE????
