please comment on my RF origins.

I have four RF torts. All about the same age (7-8) and all about the same size. 8 to 9 inches.
One has a little brighter red, but the black color and overall shapes are the same. Three are related to each other and I'm thinking that they are all the same sub species.
Any guess as to their country of origin?

They look good ed.
I think for the experts to give you some idea of origin(if possible), you need photos of plastron, front leg scales and probably better head shots. Nice torts.

Yes.
The male has number 1 on his shell.

You don't have issues with them being in a group even after they are babies? Like I always see people have Leo's and sulcatas by themselves.

No.
They are in a very, very large outdoors pen with five separate "houses" and two different pools.
Redfoot are some of the most calm and tolerant tortoises as long as they aren't in a small area and it helps to have one male with three or more females.

Redfoot torts are more social than most other species. In the wild they will sleep in groups in burrows for example, and forage not to far from that nightime burrow during the day.

I agree that one is outstanding! Pics of the plastron may help narrow down their locales... Now we need more pictures!
