Dear Natrah and everybody - something wonderfully springlike happened today - Richard took the worms out to feed the robin, who ate two from his hand - then picked up a third one, stood and thought, -flew down to the ground and scrabbled with it to get a better grip - then flew off with in his beak ! ! ! Obviously he is indeed courting, and the lucky lady recipient of that worm will surely be vey impressed ! ! !
I am feeling very tired and rather battered from my injections, but the pain in my head is definitely a bit better, and I don't feel the urge to bash it against a wall all the time, to shut it up.
I did ask the nurse about my dizziness,Chef, but she said that area of my brain wouldn't be affected by the injections - she said maybe I should ask a doctor, if I could ever manage to get an appointment ! There are no doctors at the health centre now who I knew, and they are changing all the time -I think I will leave it for now, until I have something a bit more definite to tell them.
I've been thinking about dear little Gary a lot, and Zola and I send him lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxx
And love from us both to everyone else, of course xxxxxxxxxx

That Robin sounds very very cute Angie. What a lovely thing to see in this cold dull weather! I've seen daffodils and snowdrops growing in gardens and I'm pleased to say that I've noticed what I think are my old hyacinth bulbs growing. The twelve Magpies are living in the tree behind the flat with the bats and I assume that they will be nesting there again. I also keep seeing the squirrels who don't get on with the Magpies.
I noticed that Chef hasn't posted today so I hope Gary's okay. I remember when Chef made a cake on Gary's birthday. Edward how are you two and how's your servant's course going? Sue how are you?

Hello Natrah - Zola has 2 bowls of hyacinths in his room (not where he can eat them) - one pink ond one blue, and the flowers are opening really well.It has been pretty cold , so he has only had short looks at the sea with his dad. I think we shall be going to get more radicchio early next week - we should see some good flowers on the way, and also - just maybe - some lambs !!!
We have had a lot of goldfinches around recently - a dozen or so !
I am still not feeling great, but it does take a while for the injections to work properly.

All ok here Natrah. Been having iPad issues where all the colour went from my safari & I was logged out of everything hence no alerts! Spent several hours trying to put it right to no avail. I’m having to re log in on everything if I can remember my passwords only to find I’m logged out again next time. A couple of days later after I was “kicked off “ in the middle of something all the colour came back but I then had to re log in everything again as changed passwords had been not been updated! It seems ok now but has been a colossal waste of time.
Not much happening here really. I see the temperature is improving so Dickie might wake up. It’s around the time for her anyway.
How’s Jacky doing? Have you started raising the temperature now?

Angie how are you feeling today? I hope you're feeling better and that you all managed to get out today. I had lunch at the usual place at the Cliffs Pavilion. We had some sun but it was still cold. Edward how are you? How's the course going?
Sue I hope Dickie and Sherman are okay. Jacky would have been hibernating for three months on the 19th February so from that day I shall choose a date to bring the temperature of the fridge up. I have checked the lights in her enclosure and they are okay. It would be lovely to have her company again.

I can't believe it's two years since getting Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. Best VD gift ever. Look how tiny they were. Bumblebee is almost 8" now and heck I'm not sure what Optimus Prime is at but he's getting big😍

Wee took Zola to get his radicchio today - it was mostly fairly sunny on the journey, but we didn't see any lambs - lots of wild snowdrops, though.

Yes Angie I had a great time. Below is the concert programme and the players were fantastic:
It was good to see the spring flowers so I've enclosed a photo of the daffodils at Hyde Park. Also when I left Hyde Park I saw the parakeets flying between the trees. I hope Zola enjoys his radicchio.
