Tuleo is outside all day (we bring in in at dusk) and I know he loves to dig under a ledge in the garden. Could that be what is making that long dark mark on his "nose?" Do I need to be concerned?

Yes, it could be some sort of stain, but why in that area only?
I agree with Ascott, their colouring and shading changes over time.
I still think it's just that.
And very pretty, too.

Thanks Angela! He has a specific area he likes outside and will put his face under the wood so I am hoping it is due to that. He doesn't seem bothered by it or distressed (quite the opposite, he wishes I would stop fussing over him.) I just wanted to double check incase it was a sign of something serious. Instead it appears to just be a kid being a kid. Or a tort being a tort...

I appreciate it!
