Please help, very sick and weak tortoise

Hello.

On thursday i tried to wake up my 17 yo herman tortoise from her winter nap, today is saturday, evening and she went to a general vet on thursday who gave baytrill liquid and eyedrops for everyday use.
Her symptoms havent changed and i am very worried and devastated
Eyes swollen shut, hasn't opened at all
Nose bubbling, mouth foaming
Front legs limp, stretches hind legs every once in a while pushing herself
Head is down and mouth opening a little everytime to breathe
Skin a little dry
Wont eat
I have been soaking her keeping her limp head up as she blows bubles. shes under a warmth blanket and basks in sunlight. I have put water in her mouth via a syringe. I wipe the foam from her face when she breathes.
On monday we will take her to a tortoise vet.

Am I doing everything I can to make her survive?

@Mett : Are you sure the tortoise hasn't been accidentally poisoned? they can absorb toxins through their skin, so if the yard was sprayed or the next door neighbor sprayed and it drifted over to where your tortoise was brumating, he may have been poisoned.

Let's hope your "tortoise vet" really understands tortoises and is able to help this little guy. Please let us know what the vet found.
