Thanks everyone. I went with a plastic fencing on the bottom. With many flat flag stones to help hold it down so he could not try to burrow under the seams. Top soil on top and going to add some sod when I find some. Only thing new added, was the fencing under the dirt, the dirt and the black hide box. Need to make another hide at the other end.
