Dear Angie,
I think that is a great idea to keep a diary.
For the headaches only though….
I used to hate filling in my diary because I was such a boring person..😂
But for headaches I would detail every day.
That way you could know exactly
How
When
Why
Where…
Each and what type of headache/ migraine you are experiencing.
Each may come with a different solution and you can show your doctor how to treat you by the way your symptoms occur…
Just a thought …
(that got way out of hand 🤭) sorry I just want you to be ok.
I can’t help but ramble on these days..???
I don’t know what it is but my words don’t make much sense lately and neither do my thoughts….
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes you do make sense. Don't underestimate you ever. Preacher teach thyself. I sometimes feel the same way lately but if they don't know what you're talking about maybe it's on them.

The weather here wasn't great - not as windy, but still cold and showery - Zola didn't get a walk this afternoon, though of course we went to look at the sea in the morning. He had a good stroke and cuddle by the fire this afternoon, though - he scrabbled about on me for about 3 minutes, then remembered what we were there for, and settled down !
Our robin is coming back to Richard for mealworms much more often again now -we had been worried that he might have died, for a while - he is very aggressive about it really- not friendly ,like he used to be.(We do know it is the same robin, by the way he reacts to things, though !) I think this is a difficult time for them, though, and we don't mind how he behaves, as long as he gets some food in his tiny stomach ! We have lots of sparrows on our feeders at the moment - at one time we never saw any, and we know they are becoming rarer -however, we have loads!
I have sent off my consent form for the Ajovy - I think it may come quite soon.
Sue, does your sister have to fill in a diary about her headache frequency - and what are the migraine prevention meds you mentioned ? Sorry to bother you, but I don't know anyone else I can ask !
The weather might be a bit better here tomorrow - I hope you all have a good day.
Love from from Angie xxxxxxx and Zola xxxxxxxxx
My brother that I think I told you about that takes magnesium has a list of food that he's not supposed to eat.

Zola managed to have a walk again at last on the breakwater today - he met a very old lady who was particularly fascinated by him -he is usually quite fond of old ladies too !
Richard has been working very hard on cutting back our hedges - a lot of plants have grown like mad with all the rain we have had.
I'm glad that Jacky is getting some extra time with her scales - she will have more memories to dream about them soon.
Love to all our forum friends from Angie and an exhausted Zola xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

She hasn’t moved for a couple of days. Yesterday she was awake but not today.
I would say she's hibernating once she's slept for a week. Daisy used to hibernate after Jacky in late November and wake up before Jacky (early March).

Goodnight everyone

Natrah, Jacky and Angel Daisy

PS: I have a day off on Thursday and I hope to take some rubbish down to Leigh Tip before visiting Two Tree Island weather permitting. I then hope post a list of birds including Brent Geese.

Good evening everyone!

I had my day off today and both of us were out although Jacky slept when I put her out. I went to Two Tree Island as I had to go to Leigh Tip and below is list of what I saw. Anyhow I thought of Zola, Angie and Richard when I saw two robins but especially when I saw a Swallow still flying around. I didn't see any Brent Geese but I assume they are on their way from Siberia:

Birds:

Black-backed Gulls
Herring Gulls
Robins
Blue ****
Swallow
Pochard
Bar-tailed Godwits
Redshank
Turnstones
Oystercatchers
Shelduck
Mallards
Little Egrets
Avocets
Heron

Butterflies:

Small White
Peacock

Goodnight everyone

When we first moved to Devon, nearly 30 years ago,we went exploring on Bodmin moor one day, and saw a very unusual white bird standing in a large pool -we had never seen one like it before, and when we came
back, I looked in my bird books, which didn't mention it anywhere, not even as an "occasional visitor"!
It was a Little Egret, of course, and now there are quite a lot around, living around the Dart and Exe estuaries - and they are now mentioned in newer bird identification books ! I love their yellow feet.
It is fairly cold today, and I don't know if Zola will get his walk - but we will all go out soon for our usual look at the sea, of course.

You also might like to know that Dozmary pool, where we first saw a Little Egret, is traditionally inhabited by the Lady of the Lake, who gave the great sword Excalibur to King Arthur, when he visited her there ! Lots of magic and tradition around there.
