Good evening everyone!

Jacky is having to say goodnight a bit earlier because she had a cold soak today before going into a cooler enclosure. She is less active although she still does a bit of basking. It has been much colder today and I've had the heating on quite a bit. Angie I hope you're feeling some benefit from the injection and I myself seem to have more of a cold rather than the usual sinus trouble. Sue and Angie has was the weather where you are? Chef and Edward what's it like where you two are?

Goodnight everyone

Natrah, Jacky and Angel Daisy
Oh nooooo!!!!
A cold???
Those stink!
Here in New Jersey it is cold and windy.
I find it weird that we sometimes have the same weather patterns as you do because we are across the pond???
I have a case of tintinitus that is slooowly getting better, I think?
Either that or I have a sinus infection?
Doctors here just prescribe any old thing that might or might not work.
Soooo… it remains to be seen….
Natrah I hope you are feeling better soon!
Try drinking : electrolytes, tea with ginger and honey, cough drops, and without a doubt some “HOMEMADE” chicken noodle soup 🍜 that is fool proof for colds. You will be better in about two days if you drink the soup.
Whatever is in the Broth is
Kryptonite to colds and flus!!!
Wishing you all well!

Hello Natrah
I haven’t been getting the alerts to messages since Wednesday so missed some posts.
Sherman is staying in his shed much more now although he can still come out whenever he wants to as he has a large flap he can go through.
It’s turned chilly now outside so today Dickie is in her hibernation box in the garage. See you next year Dickie doos ❤️
Hope you soon recover from your cold & that it doesn’t go to your sinuses.
Petes colds always seem to though.
@Chefdenoel10 I have a soup I call my cure-all soup which I sometimes make for people when they’re ill. It’s basically onion, garlic, carrots (lots) & orange peel/juice plus chicken or veg stock. All blitzed together once cooked to thicken up. Some say it’s an acquired taste! I call it medicine 😉

Going to another scouts camp today. I will be working in the kitchen and Edward will stay at my dad's house.

I had to call the fire department today. I was at my mum's and she was working when a fire alarm went of somewhere in a another apartment. As no one turned of, I assumed the apartment was empty with possible smoke coming from somewhere. I went out with my mum's dogs (one well behaved, one not so).

When the fire department came, the other dog (reactive) was barking and pulling the leash. Thankfully they didn't mind. She is on the bigger side at 20 kg, and I can see how that could be scary.

Edwards servant 😊❤️🐢

You should have RIPPED off one of those
Keys 🎹 and slapped him with it!!!
Why are people so inconsiderate?
When did all this entitlement start?

Sorry Angie but people can’t just go around and blatantly get other people sick.
If they know they are not feeling well…
stay away from others.
How do they know the person they are infecting doesn’t have a low immune system ?????

Good evening everyone!

I feel even clearer today having had soups and tea with lemon albeit the soups being made by Heinz rather than Sue. It's been a cold day today and after teaching I came straight back here. Edward you are a heroine and you should give yourself a massive pay on the back! Your mum must be very proud.

Tomorrow I should be in London watching a concert which I booked some time ago at the Wigmore Hall. The concert starts at 11.30 am and lasts for one hour and then I shall probably go to Hyde Park for lunch before heading for an unbooked concert in Limehouse. I only noticed it at the last minute and so I think I'm going to try and see it. Both concert are Piano recitals. They are reasonably priced and at great times. The second one is at 4.00 pm and finishes at 6 pm. Not only that but the venue is literally on the Fenchurch Street line which means it is on my way home!

Goodnight everyone

People can be incredibly inconsiderate, can't they - though if the pupil was a child, it's the parents who are to blame for sending him/her to a lesson in that state.
When we go out with Zola, along some of the most beautiful peaceful coastal scenery in the country, there are often people talking loudly on their phones, or blasting out music from inside their car, spreading their belongings all over the grass, letting their dogs run about barking loudly at everyone - it seems so disrespectful of the place, as well as very inconsiderate - it feels so wrong.
Here is another photo of Hartland -you might just be able to see Lundy Island faintly on the horizon - I wonder if Sir Francis Drake and Sir Walter Raleigh hang around the place still.

It has been a wet and windy day today again - no breakwater for Zola today, or much at all until next year now, probably. Still, he had a lovely stroke by the fire, and is quite happy.
I hope you have a lovely day in London, Natrah.
Love to all our friends from Angie and Zola xxxxxxxxxxxxx

You live in such a beautiful part of the country Angie. I'm envious. Hope you're feeling some benefit from the injection.

I would eat THAT before I ate my sandwich!!🥪
😂🤣😂🤣😂😍
It was a very difficult choice with all the other cakes on display! It is also a shame that I couldn't get a photo of the venue of the second concert because I would've liked to have shown you what Jack The Ripper's part of London now looks like.

One day, a long time from now, I hope, I am going to end up on Lundy Island - and dancing amongst the fishes and the seaweed around it - I find that thought very pleasing somehow. So maybe I shall get to meet those great men then.
