Redness on the bottom of my sulcata’s shell?

Hey guys, after soaking my sulcata this morning I saw a bunch of reddish-pink on the underside of his shell. I am so worried its shell rot or an infection if anybody could give me some info?? I also attached a photo where you can see the top of his shell.

@Tom should be able to help. I'm not am expert but it looks like new growth.

Hello and welcome. What you are seeing is vascularization that supplies new growth. Your tortoise is healthy and growing.
